About us
Clinic Roll is the business name under which Neil Ingram, an independent sole trader based in Brussels, Belgium, provides this service. References to “Clinic Roll”, “we”, “us”, and “our” throughout these terms refer to this business.
By subscribing to or using Clinic Roll (including the Leave, Notify, ShowUp, and Fill apps), you agree to these terms.
The service
Clinic Roll is a third-party companion suite for Cliniko. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or funded by Cliniko. Our apps read from and write to your Cliniko account using an API key you supply, and only within the scope of the features described on clinicroll.com.
Your account
You need a valid Cliniko account and an API key you are authorised to use. You’re responsible for keeping your API key confidential and for any activity that happens under your account. If you suspect your API key has been compromised, regenerate it in Cliniko and update it in Clinic Roll immediately.
Acceptable use
Clinic Roll is for managing your own Cliniko practice. Do not use it to access accounts you don’t own or have explicit permission to administer. Don’t attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, rate-abuse, or otherwise interfere with the service or with Cliniko’s infrastructure via our service.
Trial & subscriptions
Clinic Roll offers a 14-day free trial with full access, no credit card required. After the trial, continued access requires an active subscription (Solo €29/mo or €290/yr; Practice €59/mo or €590/yr) via Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, tax, and invoicing. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
See our Refund Policy — the 14-day free trial is your safety net, plus EU consumer cooling-off rights where they apply.
As-is service
The service is provided “as is”. We make every effort to keep it reliable, but we cannot guarantee zero downtime, zero bugs, or perfect behaviour under every Cliniko configuration. We are not responsible for missed appointments, incorrect availability, failed SMS delivery, or scheduling errors arising from the use of Clinic Roll. You should sanity-check the changes our apps make in Cliniko before they take effect with patients.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of Clinic Roll is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Disputes will be brought before the courts of Brussels.
