Refund Policy
Clinic Roll offers a 14-day free trial with full access and no card required. That’s the real safety net — you get two full weeks to run the product against your own Cliniko data before you’re billed anything. If it isn’t a fit, you leave and pay nothing.
EU consumer cooling-off right
If you’re an EU consumer, distance-selling law (Directive 2011/83/EU) gives you a 14-day right to withdraw from your first payment. We honour this directly — email hello@clinicroll.com within 14 days of your first charge and we’ll refund you in full via Paddle.
Sole traders and businesses
Where you’re buying in a professional capacity, the statutory cooling-off right may not apply. But you still have the 14-day free trial before anything is charged. If you hit an unresolvable technical issue after paying, email us — we’ll always try to do the right thing.
How to request a refund
Email hello@clinicroll.com with the subject line Refund request. Include the email you signed up with. We’ll process via Paddle within 2 business days.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then. Cancellation doesn’t automatically trigger a refund; if you want one, email us.
Founding Clinician promo
Founding Clinician subscribers (€19/mo lifetime-locked) keep their discount through any refund-then-re-subscribe flow only if the 30-slot cap hasn’t been reached. Once all 30 Founding spots have been redeemed, the promo is closed permanently.
